I needed to find a place for my mom in a short period of time and you made that possible by give me several places to visit and setting up the appointment

When I came with my son 5 years ago, I was thoroughly impressed with the size of rooms, the cleanliness, and I was invited to join in the activities in the patio. The older members were so welcoming and friendly. I wanted in! During my tour, I saw the Dining Hall, the menu, the 2nd floor Theater, the Medical Office, and listened to washers & driers, as well as folks getting their hair done by the hair dresser. Where I had been was a 13 bed facility in Silver Spring, but it did not compare with the size and activities.

Arbor Terrace has an amazing administrative staff and great facilities. The nursing staff is a little short-staffed resulting in slower care but the quality of care is great. Food options are great which was a huge plus for my mom. For the price, arbor terrace provides mom with exactly what she needs.

Arbor Terrace has been amazing and was the perfect place for mom. From the red carpet on her first day - to the everyday dedication and care for mom. The nurses and all the staff are professional and provide family like care to each individual - specifically the Memory Care Unit - outstanding Service !!! It was a blessing that I found this place. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Improve on communication with the medical staff. Overall I do like the way the staff works as a team and tries to work with the residents to make sure they get involved. It's still a work in progress for me

The staff all need to be trained as far as medical emergencies. The room is a decent size my dad says the meals are decent.

They are friendly and knowledgeable. Someone should be available at all times to let visitors out of the building after hours.
