The staff are very accommodating and friendly at Arbor Terrace Senior Living. I have had an amazing plethora of staff engagement with the transition for my mom. I am in constant communication with the staff. I would recommend this facility and have recommended family and friends to tour this facility if they are looking for a safe place for their love ones.

I would highly recommend Arbor Terrace to others for their loved ones. The staff stand out to me due to their communication with the family and the care they provide our loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents. There are activities for the residents to participate in. Some of the activities include: games, exercises, and more for the residents to engage with.

We chose Arbor Terrace because I liked the facility itself and the location was good for us. I was impressed with the whole tour experience and everything they had to offer. It just seemed to be a really nice place for mom to be and it has turned out to be so. It is a pretty diverse group of residents. I would recommend them to others looking.

Right when we walked through the doors on the first day the staff have been nothing but warm and welcoming to our family. They had a nice display out front that was culturally relative. Even though our loved one does not always participate in the activities they do have different things going on. We have recommend Arbor Terrace Senior Living to others and we will continue to do so.

I toured this community and it was fine. It was clean, staff was friendly, just wasn't quite what we were looking for.

We decided on Arbor Terrace Senior Living because of the location and also the value for the money - they had a lot to offer for a lower price than others we visited. His food had to be mechanically mashed and did not look or taste appetizing. But when I did put in a complaint, the chef came up and talked directly with us and we got things settled. I would highly recommend them to others, they do whatever they can to please the residents and solve any issues you may have.

This has been a great experience for my loved one and family. The staff communication with the family has been wonderful. They are responsive to calls, texts, emails and more. There are lots of activities for the residents to enjoy daily. The community even has an app for the family to see what our loved one has been involved in. It's a very warm, and welcoming place. The staff is attentive. They really do care about the residents. It's a safe, and well maintained facility. Overall, it has been good communication.
