Excellent, all employees asked if I needed help. Being acknowledged is number one! Only in to buy a bike seat but was talked to and made to feel welcome and also helped with how to install seat. Thank you!

I took my Izip ebike in because after it was fully charged it wouldn't engage. Although this shop was having some employee difficulties that kept my bike from being fixed in a timely manner. After some discussion and understanding they fixed it and apologized. I still like this shop, and will continue to support them. Thanks
