Great customer service. The salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful with helping to choose the bike that I was wanting to purchase. The employees were all very nice and friendly. Overall it’s a great bike shop.

They had the tool I needed in stock. Very courteous, friendly customer service. You know the saying: "you never get a second chance to make a first impression". That was my first experience with Archer's in Mesa. I'll definitely visit them again.

I appreciated all the extra info and consideration you all gave me. I love riding my trike. Was scary a first but the more ride it the more comfortable I get. I haven’t cross any big streets yet. The crossing is the next big thing. I’m mostly dealing with fear of forgetting. I have a questionnaire, actually two. I should have called you a week ago.
