It was helpful to have the tire for my scooter in stock. Also, the turnaround time seemed fast since these little Segway Ninebot models need professionals for replacing a rear tire. I'll know more about how the scooter gets along with this aftermarket honeycomb tire since it comes standard with stock pneumatic tubeless tires. The guys were great. Justin was a great help. We have e-bikes, and were looking for another one, and Justin (mechanic) was very helpful in helping us to compare bikes and find which one was right for us. We had a small issue the first time we rode our new one, but we went back to the shop and Anthony was able to set us right up.

I was turned down by two other bike shops for a simple flat repair(off the bike already) because it was a internet order bike and not a brand name? Archers did it while I waited and the service was EXCELLENT!

Bike arrived in pristine condition. It was packaged very well and was easy to assemble with the instructions provided. I was also treated to great customer service prior to the shipment. I am not a local customer; I purchased this bike through their web store. I know shipping bikes are particularly challenging but everything went well. I can easily recommend Archer Bikes.
