Had to wait for the bike to be checked out in only a week versus the 10 working days I could expect. It would have been good to get a complete list of what was done along with any discrepancies that might have been discovered.

We were shown folding E-bikes which is what we wanted. After we were satisfied with our selection we tried them out in the parking lot. We are very happy with the service. We picked up our E-bikes yesterday and one of the guys helped us fold them and put them in our pickup.
