Above and beyond expectations! My first experience here was for insight and knowledge on products which was very helpful. After coming back in the next day I was helped with a complete install and adjusting on my Fox Float DPX2 free of charge... These guys genuinely care and won't nickle and dime you! Tyson was fantastic in guiding me to the Specialized Comp. MB that is just a incredible bike and at a great price too! Also, the entire team at the Prescott Valley shop are fantastic as well and I will be a devoted customer for all services need down the road or should I say single-track trail.
