I have been having issues with my brakes so Archer Bikes upgraded my brakes under warranty, they work so much better than before. I appreciate Tyson with help in contacting the Bike Company for assistance. Thanks again!

I went in on a Saturday to drop my new to me trike off to have it converted to an e-bike. Wow was the shop ever busy, they do a booming business. Even though every single employee was busy with a customer, Rudy didn't hesitate to acknowledge me by name and say hi. I waited my turn in line and was able to tell Rudy all my needs for my new to me trike. He wrote everything down and checked me out.
