I walked in the store knowing exactly what I wanted. I walked to the cash register. A young man came instantly to serve me. I told him what I needed. He asked me a few pertinent questions to make my request more specific. And then he went to some storeroom to get what I needed. In the meantime, another young man, my grandson, who works there, came to greet me. We exchanged some friendly words. He went back to repair a bike. Got kickstand and other info kickstand works as designed. No cutting needed
Tyson was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed our bike almost immediately. Could not have been nicer to work with. Really appreciate good service!
