Rudy was great helping me select my mountain bike. He understood my needs, didn't try to upsell me on other bikes unnecessarily. He explained difference in tire tubes. Let me take the bike out for a spin, explained the gear shifters. A great experience. Already tested it out on iron king and peaking. This is my second time choosing Archers, these guys are great.
