Great service with Archers bikes. They were able to get my Ridekick up and running again. Eric who converted my trike over to electric really pays attention to details when putting it all together. He does a fantastic job and takes great pride in his work. Kudos to Eric who did the work on my trike and was very patient and helpful explaining things to me about the trike I have and how the new electric conversion operates.. Hightly recommend.
The customer service at Archer’s Bike is outstanding. My husband and I bought our bikes there over a year ago. We keep going back for all our bike accessories. We love the attention to detail and the great customer service we get here!
The staff at Archer's Bikes made my purchasing experience (of a new e-bike) very enjoyable. I made a couple of visits to their store/shop while deciding on the e-bike I wanted, and several of the staff assisted me. I bought the Archers E-bike and will recommend this bike all day. The design, and quality are outstanding. Archers Bikes in PV takes great care of their customers. Prices are fair. Had issues with my bike rack and Rudy handled it like a Pro. Staff is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond with a friendly environment feel. Highly recommend this bike shop for all biking needs. These guys are legit AMAZING!!! I found my dream bike at the shop at a killer price and was ready to make the purchase. The problem was the bike was a tiny bit smaller than it should be for an ideal long-term riding experience. I didn't think it was a big deal as it felt okay to me (I am also new to the sport and don't know what I'm talking about), but Rudy talked me out of buying the bike and risked losing a very decent size bike sale.
