Great help looking at bikes, I also traded in a bike Rudy was fair with me. Picked out lots of accessories for my new bike the service guy was professional I should have gotten his name he did a great job with my new bike. It was worth the 5hr drive to come to Prescott Valley AZ to look and try out a bike.

Being from out of town, I came into the store to look for something I couldn't live without. I've been mtn biking for years so the things I need are quite minimal. I talked to two individuals, who were very personable and provided me with information on the trails in the area and got answers to what tires that would work best for Prescott terrain. I ended up buying an expensive bell. I had a very pleasant interaction with those guys and appreciated their wealth of local knowledge.
