I really LOVE THE POEPLE at Archer's Bikes. They all seem to really love where they work (LOVE). I ENJOY going in and observing their interactions with other consumers (JOY) because it's so respectful and profession; what I have seen. Couldn’t get my front derailleur to shift, so I brought it to Archers. They diagnosed the issue and sold me the right parts so I could fix it my self. Shift lever replaced, bike runs great. Excellent customer service and expertise. I highly recommend this bike shop

The shop guys were awesome. I had a hard to find bike part and they came through. Got my Ebike up and running in top shape. They are the best EBIKE guys.

Great help looking at bikes, I also traded in a bike Rudy was fair with me. Picked out lots of accessories for my new bike the service guy was professional I should have gotten his name he did a great job with my new bike. It was worth the 5hr drive to come to Prescott Valley AZ to look and try out a bike.
