I was quickly confronted by staff and asked if I had any questions, which they promptly answered, the staff is not over bearing and are very knowledgeable/professional.
Very courteous people both on the phone and in person. Clear communication of recommended adjustments, part replacements, fees for both parts and labor. I appreciated the knowledgeable and helpful personnel. They even made sure that I properly installed my bike on the Saris trainer that I had brought in to the store. I am glad to have found such a great bike store so close to my home and feel confident that they could handle additional issues with the bike I brought in and other bikes I have.
As always you had what I needed. The employees were helpful even though it was a small purchase.
