Much better experience than last visit. Someone came up to me within a few minutes of me entering the store and asked if they could help me. Also had someone ask if I needed anything as I was browsing around the store after my purchase. Last time, no one approached me after browsing for 10 minutes or so. Much better customer service

Came in to have the folks at Archer look at the brakes on my sons bike. They were busy and my chances to get his brakes fixed in time to go riding that day were slim, but these guys hit it out of the ball park. They took a quick look at my sons bike and said, “if you have 15 minutes, I can get you out the door”. They had much bigger fish to fry but they took the time to service us promptly.
