Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!! Purchased a couch and two chairs from the Alpharetta Store. The delivery was three hours later than promised and when the delivery man left our house he hit the security gate keypad. We promptly called and reported to the store. The charge to fix it was $ 596.00. The delivery was made by a third party that Arhaus contracts. Arhaus refused to pay and the delivery company also refuses to pay. One of the worst experiences we have had ordering furniture. They promised our chairs will arrive at a 6-8 weeks, made in North Carolina. I made several calls to see when the chairs will arrive. Each time spoke with a manager, who promised to call me back the next day. I have yet to receive a call from any of them. I finally was contacted by the District Manager, who apologized but No Chairs!! Oh well, lesson learned. I am extremely disappointed in my experience buying a sofa from Arhaus. After Arhaus tried to deliver a badly damaged sofa and then failed to show up on their rescheduled delivery date, I am left with no sofa, no idea of when I will receive the sofa I've already paid for, and multiple wasted days waiting around for Arhaus. Customer service has been very unapologetic and basically blamed me for their problems. This will be my last purchase from Arhaus.
Do NOT buy furniture from this company! I bought a dining room table set on 12/31 and am still waiting for my purchase to be delivered. We have tried 2 separate delivery attempts, however, they did not show up the first attempt and on the second they were missing half our order! Pretty products but their customer service is awful. I tried to return a table and chairs and they were less than helpful. Buyer beware!!!
I won't even give Arhaus one star. I feel misled by our sales person who talked me into upgrading an upholstered chair. Even though he told me at the time of purchase that it was non-returnable, I never expected it to look the way it does within a week of delivery. That is, wrinkled batting under the fabric, puckers at all curved points on the seat cushion and base. I had a horrible experience with this company... After having spent tend of thousands of dollars on furniture there ...when I finally decided to use their " no worry" warranty it turns out that they do not stand behind their products or warranties ... I was denied the warranty service because I didn't call in the damage within the 30 days ...it was 45 days... So because of this I am S.O.L. ... I will never buy from them again ...
