The sofas we bought have terrible fabric and only after a year are showing wear patterns. We want to return both, but because the one couch doesn't have the tag they wont take it back. What terrible service. I will never buy from them again and neither should anyone else.
We had a terrible experience. Bought 2 light fixtures, which we never opened. They won't accept a return after 30 days (we were at 45). Not even a partial refund for unopened merchandise. Reading all these terrible reviews here (and on Yelp) makes me regret buying from them. Clearly we won't be coming back. I've never shopped with a merchant who was so unwilling to find a way to help a customer. We've been telling our local design friends (1 architect and 2 designers) to warn their clients.
Worst merchandise delivery system, mediocre concierge services.
The store is beautiful but the quality of the products and customer service is awful! I ordered a $1,400 picture that looks like a framed poster and they are not willing to take it back after a customer service rep communicated that they would. I also ordered a fire pit table that is of poor quality. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Anyone else have problems getting damaged items replaced? After 2 months of calls, the store still has no idea if or when our replacement piece will be ordered or delivered. Talked with the store manager 3 times now and still no resolution. 2 recos: either spend your dollars elsewhere or if you have damaged items delivered, reject the entire shipment. Evidently they don't care so much about customer satisfaction. Sadly disappointed.
The furniture has proven to be very nice; however the salespeople (Marlton Store) appear to be your 'typical used car salesperson'. They called us every day before we bought the furniture but as soon as we paid for it; they neglected to contact us as to when the furniture was in and did not return phone calls. A great disapointment because we still want to purchase more furniture; however we will take our business some place where it doesnt have such a cheap feel to the sales agents.
My husband And I bought a new house and loved so any things at Arhaus. We bought a large sectional sofa, end tables, console table, TV unit, a large dining room table and a hutch. We were so excited until the furniture arrived. Every piece came damaged. When the pierces came again THEY were damaged! Some of them were the same original pieces. While the purchase of a buffet was fine, and I loved the piece, one of the shelves collapsed crashing down on my China and crystal. They were kind enough to offer to replace the buffet for me however when the new piece was delivered it was damaged. Another new piece was supposed to be delivered in two weeks between 7 and 9 AM. However delivery was not made by 930 so I placed a call to customer service. it appears the delivery time had changed to late in the afternoon, and no one bothered to tell me.
