My mother purchased some items and has been trying to return two of them, but they claim that they cannot find a table in their system that was delivered to her. She lives 2 blocks away and they can't send someone to pick up a table and a chandelier. I have been trying to help her with the situation since she is elderly and was getting nowhere with them.The most ridiculous experience that I have ever had. Hate to say it but the reviews I read on Yelp were right. This company will promise you the moon & stars but they can't deliver it! We LOVE the furniture in this store but had such a terrible experience that we will likely never make another purchase from them. Our salesperson, Anna Maria, was attentive during the sales process. We ordered 2 leather chairs that were in stock and she helped us put together fabrics for a custom settee. We were so excited even if the custom piece was an 8 week wait (so we were told!). After waiting 10 weeks for a bed we ordered, the wrong size was delivered. The delivery guys damaged our walls and floor, customer service at the store was entirely unresponsive and the best solution the corporate team came up with was wait 4 more weeks for them to "make" the right size. Every step of the way I had to push for a solution and even though they are a furniture company, they at no point realized a queen sized bed is not a king. I am so disappointed in and angry with Arhaus Furniture Store. I bought a sofa from them that I have had a year and it is falling apart. I even bought the extra protection plan and was just informed that the "damage" is not covered. I had 13 pieces of furniture delivered (4 months late) in the spring of 2016 and 5 were damaged. This has been the worst experience. Now I have a $5000 sofa that won't even hold up for 1 year. Horrible customer service...Buyer beware...do not purchase warranty. Warranty does not hold up. They tell you one thing at the store and then when you need to use it you are denied....Sales people do not check on issues that you are having either. I spent a lot of money and I'm not happy with my person from start to finish. Shame on me for liking this store. Never again....

Please read the entire message!! My Arhaus experience started out rocky going through three different sales reps, as sales rep don't stay there; worked with the store manager ordering furniture due inconsistent messages including delivery status and never knowing what to expect to return policy that was never articulated, leading to unapologetic rudeness. This WAS one of my favorite stores and planned to purchase my bedroom set there. But after the lack of professionalism failure to communicate And total complete lack of assistance they are to be avoided at all costs. I reached out to the corporate office as my experience was so utterly horrendous and after initial response no follow up guess they could care less!!�

If you're ok with waiting 9 weeks (AND COUNTING) for IN STOCK furniture, go ahead and shop Arhaus. In the last week I've spoken with THREE "concierge" reps. Two promised to call me back after they PERSONALLY handled it. Neither did. The guy who sold us the furniture here in Austin (IN JANUARY) no longer works for them. They have 5k. I have 1 of 3 IN STOCK pieces ordered 9+ weeks ago. Uncool.
