I love the bed I ordered but did not love the delivery. First, Arhaus charges $149 for delivery no matter the size. Outrageous for one bed. Also, when the delivery came, the delivery men only had 4 of the 6 flat-beveled head bolts needed to secure the support rails. And there is a large silver bolt hanging from a support rail and they had no support leg to put on it. They told me there wasn't one. Huh? Then why is the bolt hanging there. Beautiful store- but absolutely horrible customer service! It has been one thing after another in regards to the purchase of our couch. Salesperson made promises that apparently she couldn't keep just to make the sale. Management is not much better and clearly has no desire to try to accommodate us with such a delay in our order. Placed our order and made required $$ deposit on February 12th and are STILL waiting for our couch at the end of May. I agree with others. Horrific customer service. Ordered an expensive armoire over 6 weeks ago. Zero communication about delivery! I have had to call twice and still have no idea when I am getting it- it's now with a 3rd party delivery service. One customer rep told me she would transfer my call if I "wanted to take it up with them". Never ever will I order again. If you can't pick it up at the store don't bother!!
My husband and I bought 6 leather chairs from the Baltimore store. The 100% leather turned out be brown vinyl that peeled off. Unbelievable. It spent over $1000 . At the same time we bought a solid wood table and sofa. How can the table be lovely? The chains, false advertising? Same store? Yes. Shame

Worst customer service experience ever!! Purchased a special order item on 11/08/2015 and I'm still following up in Feb. to find out its whereabouts! They will not receive any future business unless they improve their customer experience!
The sale person told me different delivery date and ruin my Christmas party.
They refuse to honor a mattress with bugs. Zero help and no return. Probably the worst customer service ever.
Furniture is cool, but you will wait longer than estimated to get it delivered. Unfortunately, the delivery is horrible. They dont show on time. No calls. Furniture is damaged. They must bid the shipping out online to the lowest bidder without any regard to standards. Trucks are repainted, tired rusted rolling relics. And this happened twice!
