After a long process of trying to refinance to get out of a FHA loan and go conventional. All the other lenders couldnt get us approved for the loan. That’s when Arleen stepped into the picture and hit a grand slam. She was able to get us approved for our refinance within 3 weeks and closed 1 week later. She is really nice and will work and accommodate your needs. Thank you again for all your help.
