We had Jhanell as a server and she was horrible. Bad attitude. Quick talking. Didn’t want to be there at all. Trent and the rest of the staff was great food was good too.

Did not meet my expectations , steaks undercooked , extremely salty, slow service

Service was unusually off tonight. Didn’t feel welcome. Mr. Mendoza is awesome, have known him since Kaleidoscope. Unfortunately, the server at our table wasn’t.

Multiple issues with our dinner last night. First, it was not crowded, but it took 45 minutes to get our first drink. The waitress maybe saw us once every 30 minutes. Terrible service. She forgot about the bread we ordered. The $85 steak that was supposed to be medium, was very rare. Finally, I can’t even give a 15% tip for the poor service, because they already added 20% service fee for two people!

My reservation time was not honored and we were seated thirty minutes late. Service was overwhelmed and wrong entrees were brought.

Extremely disappointing experience for what’s supposed to be a fine dining steakhouse. We came to Arnette’s Chop Shop to celebrate my 28th birthday and recently being married. Valet was quick and affordable ($5), and our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. He did a great job explaining the dishes and making us feel welcome. To have horrible service at a fine dining restaurant is a first for me. We were there celebrating my girlfriends birthday and our waiter was horrible. Took over 10 minutes for him to even come to our table, and he still had to bring us food menus probably another 10 minutes later. After our food was finally ordered and given to us, he completely disappeared. The manager and the bus boys literally finished his job for him. Not sure if I can go back, no matter how great the food is.

We have always loved our Arnette’s. This past experience was not like our other experiences we’ve had there. The quality of the food was not at all what we have been used to receiving. We were very disappointed. The kitchen staff does not cook as well as it used to. It was also concerning that there were hardly any other people in the restaurant.

The downstairs dining room was not open for dinner so we were seated upstairs near the bar. We were there to celebrate a birthday and had I known that the main dining room was not going to be open for dinner I probably would’ve opted for another day when it was open.
