Food was mediocre. Sides were not so good. Watery whipped potatoes. Onion side was bland. Very little amount of steak for $64. Sat us upstairs in a corner with no view but a wall when there were plenty of tables downstairs. Hostess had an attitude and was talking personally on the phone when we're trying to get seated. Not going back. Way overrated. Chops and Bones much much better.
The service was good but the food specifically the steak has always been below average. The quality is terrible and is never cooked to the correct temperature.
Reservation was not honored. Was told that reservations “are never guaranteed” and that it would be a 30 minute wait for a table despite our having a reservation. Incredibly rude front of house staff as well.
Not worth the value. The food is okay, service was not great, and overall disappointing.
Restaurant cool steak was an 8. I was shocked that the waiters and food preparation were very bad. And the eaiters placed and put down food was like we were at fast food restaurant Beautiful design restaurant But I might not go again. We had 4 appetizers, one was good, and the other was not good
We expected a more upscale restaurant and atmosphere. Host was accommodating and tried to make up for our great disappointment. Our initial male waiter was non attentive, rude and became surly. A new female waiter replaced him and she was fine. My 8 oz of meat was basically all marbled fat for which I was charged $168. Absolutely ridiculous. $130 steak overcooked and then undercooked. Was one of the recommended specials on the menu. Service was good and all other food and wine was fine. Just disappointed in the steak issue
This is our go to staple restaurant. Last night, simply wasn’t good.
Steak quality is not that good at all as can’t even compare with high end steakhouses yet the price is at high quality. Also, side items are horribly cooked and don’t really go well with how you would want them for a steakhouse. Sorry but been to hundreds of steakhouses across the nation and international. This one does not meet the standard for a high end steakhouse.
