They spent enough time in the roof and did some caulking work. gave me an estimated remaining life of my roof and went over everything they did. I wish they spent some more time checking the attic though. it was just looking inside and saying everything looks good. maybe this is the standard, I don't know. Roof tune up.

Hunter and his assistant trainee, Shelby, showed up promptly at 9:00 a.m. and, after explaining what they were going to do, went right to work. They inspected the roof and made small repairs where necessary. Afterwards, Hunter showed me photos of the roof and explained exactly what he saw while going over a written report and checklist. They did a great job and I was left with peace of mind that everything was in good order. Roof inspection and "tune up."

Everything went great. They arrived on time, serviced the roof well, and went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend this service. The provider did general servicing of the flat roof. Resealed seams, patched nails popping up, and cleared the roof off.
