Someone stepped on a container that I had my pillows in. They called me instantly and told me that it had cracked and they left me additional money, which was very professional.
Used contractor previously for a gutter which is why I contacted them again.
Everything seems to have been done properly, but with a roof job one does not know about problems so briefly after having the work done. I've yet to check the attic for leaks during a serious storm, so I really don't know how wellthe job was done.
