The VP had to step in and manage the job. The addition is beautiful. I have no problem with their quality of work. Things just went on and on and on. It was unbelievable. They are a great company, but you have to know what you're getting into.
These guys show up on time, work fast, and pay attention to detail. I'd hire them to do more work on my house when it is needed.

I was very pleased with the gentlemen that talked and explained everything to us. He dealt with the insurance company and let us know what was going on. He was very personable. Also, the installation crew was very nice and answered all of my questions.
I like the fact that Arocon used a lighter construction method other than 30 lb felt. This was a different technique than other roofers offered me. I researched it and decided to go with Arocon based mainly on that technique. Also, Arocon's price was fair.
Lee and Justin did great work without wasting any time. I appreciated their punctuality and professionalism. I will definitely call them again when it's time to replace my roof.
