They were prompt. They were fine. They were very good. The guy seemed to be experienced, but he actually ended up giving me the wrong information. That's not good. They did not charge any more. They did not try and sell me anything. The only thing they could have done differently was to tell me the truth. They told me the boards behind the gutters were rotten and it's quite a big expense if you're going to have to repair all of that. That wasn't the case at all.
