It went great. I wasn't happy to hear our roof needed to be replaced but he showed me why and it was evident. He also looked in our attic and gave tips on increasing energy efficiency and he wasn't pushy about the replacement. Total professional and very trustworthy! Will Moore did an amazing job! The roof inspector showed me a few weak spots and degrading shingles, but surprisingly he did not try to sell me the need to replace the roof or any shingles at that time. He did recommend an annual inspection. He used a blower to clean the gutters. i would have preferred he cleaned up the blown debris from my walkway below afterwards too, but I didn't notice right away. I received an inspection of my roof and a gutter cleaning.
Will Moore, tech, very nice. He explained what he was going to do and asked if I had questions. When he finished he explained what he saw and what was fixed. I was very pleased and will use Arocon again. Gutter tune up. Also checked roof for damage.
The technician was friendly and helpful. Work was performed as agreed. Included assessment of roof condition. This deal was a good value. Roof tune-up. Fixed dry/cracked sealer around joints and chimney. Resealed gasket around vent pipe.
I called this company after seeing the great job that they did replacing my neighbor's roof. The technician arrived right on time, within the scheduled half-hour window. He was friendly and polite, and very knowledgeable. He cleaned our gutters and provided pictures of our roof and gutters with a detailed report and explanation of his inspection. Arocon has been excellent to work with beginning to end. After a very rainy June we had a roof leak start.I called Arocon based on good reviews on Angie's list and was able to get an appointment about a week after I called. Considering how much rain we had recently had I felt like this was very prompt. The roofer who came out was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
