The salesman, Rich Canning, who assessed the work that needed to be done, was able to provide a quote within an hour on the same day he visited the property. Mr. Canning was very knowledgable and easy to work with. The price he quoted was much less than one of other contractors I had survey the work and provide quotes. Will Moore, the technician who performed these services, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job. We will definitely consider using Arocon in the future. Inspected, cleaned and sealed gutters; inspected roof and attic. Provided recommendations for future repairs.

unknown Scheduling a date for the service could have gone better, as they seemed busy. Once that was done, however, everything else was very well done. Showed up on time, professional, quick, and they documented everything in the inspection report.

Will Moore was very professional. He arrived right on time. He was very respectful of the landscaping around the house as he put up his ladder. He cleaned out the gutters. He also inspected the roof and came inside to inspect up in the attic. He was thorough with his work. He explained a few things that needed to be done, and why.
