Will Moore was fantastic. He was very prompt, took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and answer any questions I had. I would most definitely use them again. He cleaned and sealed our gutters, as well as did a roof inspection.
It went great. Jason arrived within the scheduled time and caulked around the chimney. He also took photos of the cracks in the chimney's masonry and helped me schedule another appointment to get an estimate for the masonry work. Roof tuneup--caulked around chimney flashing

Scheduling was prompt and we were contacted the day before the appointment again to confirm. Jason arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable about all roofing problems and repairs. He examined the roof and listened carefully to our problems and concerns. He performed the work we contracted and explained our options for possible other work in the future. Jason came over promptly ahead of the scheduled time. He patiently went over all the issues and did a great job. Gutters were cleaned. He even fixed a couple of holes (sealing) on the roof which were due to the satellite dish (Lesson learned - Don't ever let those satellite dishes on your roof). Jason Easton was helpful in explaining what could occur in the future with our gutters as they are 20+ years old and may start to fail as the bolts start to fail. He will get us in contact with a sales representative. Jason Easton came right on time and got to work! He was thorough in his inspection of the gutters and honest about what we may need in the future. He got a dozen ball out of the gutters and blew out the leaves.
I had a small leak in the roof so I was looking for a company to come out to fix that issue and also advise me on my roofs condition. Jason Easton was the tech, and arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. Before starting, he asked if I were having a specific issue with my gutters, because he could see there was overrun (which was my issue). He proceeded to inspect the roof, clean the gutters and spouts as well as the gutter guards. In the process, he took lots of pictures of before and after, as well as a video showing that water was no longer running over the gutters.
