We had to postpone the first inspection due to rain, the second inspection took place as scheduled. Jason was on-time and took about a hour to inspect the roof, clean the gutters and re-caulk as needed. All of his findings and recommendations made sense to me. Our next step is to have a salesman do an estimate on how much repairs would cost. I have been up on my roof I the past so I was not surprised at the findings. The experience was wonderful. Jason Easton was the technician and explained the process before he began and then carefully reviewed theresults of the inspection afterward. He answered questions I had about condition of the roof andwhat I shouldbe aware of in the future, in a complete and thorough manner. l highly recommend the roof tune-up package with Arocon. Hunter, the technician, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He took pictures of all the work he did: replacing a pipe collar, caulking other collars, adding extra nails and caulking exposed nails. He was also thorough and detailed in discussing the condition of the shingles/gutters/flashing etc and I felt that he gave a very honest opinion of the state of the roof (in our case, that we can probably expect 5-7 more years but maybe could get longer than that). Will Moore arrived as scheduled for the gutter cleaning and tune up then explained everything he was going to do. He is friendly and professional and I could tell he is knowledgeable as well. He started working immediately and quickly completed a thorough inspection of the gutters. He gave his recommendations on the areas that needed attention and those that are fine. Will Moore was our technician. He was extremely friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and when he was finished he showed me before and after pictures. Our roof is old and will need to be replaced soon and he helped me set up an estimate for a new roof and encouraged me to get more than one estimate. Based on this experience I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Roof tune up

Great! Jason was the service provider who came to the house and he was nothing less than excellent. He cleaned and tuned up the gutters and also took a look at our roof to note any other spots that needed some touch-ups. He was friendly, honest, and a wealth of knowledge. I would definitely use them in the future as the money was worth the service! Clean and tune-up gutters

The roofer I had was extremely professional. He tuned up my roof for every details, explained me on everything and provided me valuable recommendations on how to maintain my roof in a good shape. AROCON sent a very professional roofer to my house and tuned up the roof.
