Will Moore, the serviceman, did an excellent job of explaining everything he was going to do and then did it. He was here about an hour and a half. I had purchased a special deal for cleaning the gutters. Will asked how old my gutters were and explained getting at least 20 years out of a system was excellent. He explained to me in detail the low down on my gutter system. It was recommended I replace my system, but Will was not persistent or overbearing. It was alright. What I thought was a big deal was just smoke and mirrors. They came and did what they were supposed to do for $99. It was nothing different from Angie's List than had I just taken the service directly from them. I signed up. I paid for it. They set up an appointment. It took a couple of weeks to get the appointment. They showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do. It was nothing special. They cleaned my gutters.

Jason was prompt and very professional. He checked the gutters and downspouts to make sure they weren't clogged and he caulked the mitre joints. He also completed an attic inspection and analysis. Jason went beyond what was normally required by clearing out the underground drain hose. I would recommend this service for the price and would use Arocon again. I felt Jason gave excellent service and explained a lot of things about the gutters I wasn't aware of. Arocon sent Jason out for a gutter and roof tune up.
