The customer reps on the phone were helpful, responsive and polite. Answered the phone right away and I didn't have to hold. The technician was right on time, helpful, seemed knowledgeable and even took photos of the trouble on my roof to show me. He then sent me the photos by email, although I had not specifically requested this service. The proof will be show the next time I get a hard rain, but so far I'm impressed! inspected roof and made some minor repairs - caulking and sealing
Excellent. We have a small house and the roof and gutters were in great shape, but just clogged (with tons of mini trees growing out of them). Jason did a great job cleaning out the gutters and gave me a thorough review of what he did (including before and after pictures) and the status of our roof and gutters (which I was pleased to learn are in excellent shape). Cleaned the gutters and spouts, assessed roof and gutters, gave estimate for gutter guards
The roof technician name was Will. He was on time and very professional. He looked in my attic and inspected the roof. My house is approximate 13 years and he gave me a nice report explaining the current condition of the roof and gutters. Didn't gave me a sell pitch or nothing. His report provided all the information I needed. I'm aware of the current roof condition and have an idea of how many years it has left. We took advantage of a roof tune-up package to replace several missing shingles. Our technician, Will Moore was outstanding! He explained in detain what our service included and then proceeded to thoroughly inspect our roof. Afterwards, he reviewed his findings with us and explained the deficiencies the package would address as well as some other issues that would lead to future problems. It went very well. Jason performed all areas of the tune up program. He provided explanations for all areas of the roof and had a very detailed report ad well as before and after pictures. Though I'm not ready at the moment to replace the roof I'm Very happy with service Roof Tune up with Jason Easton
The technician, Hunter Riley, was outstanding! At the end of the inspection, he reviewed my roof and gutter ratings as well as showed me pictures of missing shingles and things that he replaced (before and after). I'm pretty sure he saved me hundreds of dollars. If this deal is available and you have a house with a roof, I'd get it. I bought a deal via Living Social for a Roof tuneup.

Jason Caulked and sealed all of the ridge vents. He inspected all the skylights and pipe collars. He took pictures of all of the areas on the roof and made reccomendation on how to proceed either via a repair or replacement. Very happy with the service Jason provided. I will be getting an estimate with Larry next. EXamined roof made minor repairs all that was included in the tune up
