unknown Gutter/roof inspection - everyone I was in contact with was great. Jason was punctual, pleasant, experienced, and thorough. He took care of some major issues before he completed the service. He took pictures and explained his findings thoroughly. He called Sara(h) and scheduled an appt with the consultant Larry. They worked with my schedule and showed a lot of flexibility. Based on my experience today, I will expect just as pleasant an experience with the consultant Larry. Next week.
Everything went well. He was punctual and completed the job in an excellent manner. Jason put a replacement gasket on pipe vent and sealed all the cracks.
They did a great job. Everything went smoothly. They were supposed to give us a quote on installing some drip edging but I guess that fell through the cracks. I would use them again, worth the money. Cleaned the gutters, cleaned and resealed the seams. Did a full inspection on the flow and any problems we might have been having. there was a problem with one section of guttering we needed some assistance with.

Jason came out, was actually early for the appointment, and waited patiently until I arrived . He immediately got started performing the assessment and making necessary repairs. When finished he went over his checklist, let me know what fixes he performed and the overall condition ofthe roof. I am no expert on roofs but am an avid do-it-yourselfer and his assessment was right on where I thought it would be for being 19 years old. Hunter did a great job. Very punctual, professional, and friendly. Cleaned and inspected the gutters showing me pictures of before and after. Provided a detail report on the condition of my roof. Inspected my attic insulation and answered completely all of my questions concerning potential attic fans, extra insulation, etc.Seemed very knowledgeable. Cleaned and inspected the gutters.
