Jason was the tech that did the work. I was concerned that the "special" inspection deal was really going to lead to a finding that I needed a new roof even though my current roof still has quite a bit of life left. I was wrong. Janson exceeded my most hopeful expectations. He did a thorough inspection, replaced a few shingles that had come loose, sealed where he thought it was needed and generally brought the roof back to top condition. The AROCON service tech (Will Moore) arrive on time and was very professional. He described his scope of work and asked me if I had any questions. The work took about 20 mins for him to clean my gutter. He provided me a report card of not only my gutter but all of the items on the roof as well. I would recommend this service to other looking to clean their gutters. Gutter Tune-Up and Gutter Cleaning

Will Moore, the tech, did an excellent job talking me through the few minor issues and also telling me about the estimated life of my roof. Would gladly work with them again. The provider did a gutter and roof inspection.

Purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for gutter inspection. Hunter arrived early. Checked in with me then immediately began inspection of roof and gutters. He took photographs of the roof and gutters and thoroughly explained everything he had seen - construction of roof, hanging of gutters, elevations, shingles, etc. - and commented favorably of many of the roofing details (kudos to RoofRight). It went great! Hunter was on time and did a great job. He explained everything he did before he left. I'll be calling them again in the fall! Cleaned out the gutters and fixed some minor gutter issues.

ARONCON contacted me promptly after my purchase to schedule the appointment. They said they would call the day prior to confirm and let me know the technician who would be performing the work. They called as stated. The technician arrived early 1:30 (for a 2-5 window) which was great and checked my attic, cleaned the gutters and made sure my roof was in good shape. When I purchased AROCON's Big Deal on Angie's List, Linda, AROCON's scheduler, promptly called me to make an appointment at my convenience. Linda followed up on the business day before my appointment to remind me about this and to give me the name of the technician who would do my work. I had a very positive and professional experience with this company. Hunter, the technician arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and then performed the work. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining to me how my home gutter system works and the needs I have for future maintenance. I purchased the big deal gutter tune up. I scheduled a date and time for them to come out and it was within 2 weeks which worked for us. Jason came out, he cleaned the gutters with a leaf blower and actually had to remove a piece of the gutter to get a clog out and then replace. He took lots of pictures of before and after and went over everything with me after he was done. He was very thorough and explained all the pictures and even though he was here for the gutter tune up he also spoke a lot about our roof and some issues... read more
