It was wonderful. He was on time and did everything he said he would do. He was great to deal with. He didn't try to rip us off or up sale us too. Roof inspection, fixed some shingles and put rubber caps on the vents.
We took advantage of Living social special of roof tune up. We set up an appointment for SAT MAY 2. Since we are selling our home, we had wanted to get an earlier appointment, but they were booked. On the day of the appointment, we got a phone call from the office stating that their technicians had been in a traffic accident that totalled the other persons car. Hadagutter tune up with Jason. It was an excellent experience. The appointment was so easy to make and everyone involved was so professional. I dont think the gutters were this clean when they were new. They were easy to talk to about future work and conditions of the gutters. There was no pressure by them to sell any future work but just caring explanations of what I might consider in the future. Jason did an excellent job. Professional, knowledgeable, very thorough, and performed the various - but minor - maintenance work on our roof that was needed after the harsh winter. Spent time with me afterwards walking through the details of his inspection of the roof and discussing recommendations, but with no pressure to purchase additional (upsell) services. Very pleased. The job want great. Jason Easton was on time and ready to work. He took pictures of the gutters we have now to show me what was in the gutters. He also cleaned up all the stuff that came out of the gutter on my deck and around the house. When he left, there was nothing I needed to clean up. We had the gutters cleaned and roof inspected by Jason Easton.
They were prompt, efficient, and professional. I also appreciate the pictures that they took of my roof during the process. They performed a roof tune up.
