He makes sure the service is prompt due to my needs for my truck for work. Bill is extremely personable and is considered my friend. As for Arrowhead Cadillac, I couldn't be happier. The facilities are extremely well taken care of and everyone there is kind and courteous. Just to be able to get all my family vehicles services here I will be buying my wife a GMC or Cadillac in the very near future.
