Service rep Jim Buckner knowledgeable courteous and always helpful. Service is prompt and mechanics know what they are doing which is why my vehicle continues to run smoothly without issue even though it's 10 years old

I have always had a good experience when I bring my car in for an oil change, or other concerns. They are able to get the service done promptly. The waiting area is nice and love the soft serve ice cream machine. Enjoy a treat as I wait. Would definitely recommend Arrowhead Cadillac.

They did an excellent job, and it was done on time Our service writer, Todd Coffer, kept us up to date on the service time Since I am on oxygen, this is very important to me

This dealership team is excellent with its prospective and existing customers.
