organized in and out, offered a loaner but i didn't need one. service rep tony was very good. snacks are available. just a nice experience. also, i had my marine corps shirt on, several staff members thanked me for my service. that was very nice of them.

They were professional and explained everything action taken on my car. They replaced a bad sensor and gave me a loner to use while the car weas in the shop.

As usual, my service advisor (Bora) was very responsive. She understood my dilemma and did everything possible to accommodate my issues. She sent Mel out to my house and he also did a fantastic job. My problem was solved the same day I called her.
