I brought my car in for service and Todd took care of everything for me. I then met with Jim and Julie Behnke who helped me in the purchase of my 2019 CT6 which was coming off of a three year lease. They are a joy to work with and make the entire transition very smooth. Martha Keith in Finance was very helpful in completing the purchase. I have always been pleased with the service and professionalism and will continue to recommend Arrowhead to friends and especially Jim and Julie.

I have questions about my navigation, audio, cell phone etc. It only works part of the time and that is frustrating. The only solution I receive from my service tech. Is there is no repair available, the only fix to replace the entire system @ a huge repair cost. I am very disappointed in Cadillac if this is their solution when a $100,000+ vehicle with 68,000 miles has a major problem!!
