Vehicle was picked up from my home on time to take to Arrowhead Cadillac for installation of new tires (love the new Pirelli tires), front end alignment & battery service. All was done in a timely manner & brought back to me in pristine condition.....vehicle had been washed outside & cleaned inside.

Roadside Assistance Program at Arrowhead is absolutely a brilliant idea for the issues that do not need to go into the Service bays in this busy season. Eric, my technician, was prompt, called to let me know he was on the way, removed the tire after ascertaining it could not be repaired due to 4" nail or spike in sidewall. Tires were covered with Road Hazard so very quickly he had me up and running again without having to go into the Dealership, take their time and energy for an essential (for me) issue but one that was easi... read more
