My appointments are always on time and Todd is my service advisor who is always professional and friendly. The entire showroom and entry area are always very clean and the waiting room has plenty of coffee, snacks and ice cream while you wait.

Good service. Oil change and tire rotation took about 2 hours. I did not appreciate the pressure for me to authorize $1300 worth of special "checks" and fluid changes and fluid "additives"... makes me think that GM is trying to tap owners for all they can get from us. Probably will go elsewhere for oil changes in the future.
