Everything about this service was outstanding! Starting with Jim and Julie in Sales and my dedicated customer service Manager, Todd, Arrowhead Cadillac definitely exceeded every expectation I had! I was coming off a Michigan attempt to solve some electronic issues with my new 2020 XT-5. My car was picked up at my home 45 minutes from the dealship, and the loaner delivered also. My car was washed inside and out and Todd Coffer communicated with me daily. Best deal experience Ive ever had!

We were out of town and when we returned the XT5 battery was dead. After charging it overnight it still would not hold a charge. Called Arrowhead Cadillac roadside service on a Sunday morning and were at our home an hour later. The mechanic was very polite and well trained. Replaced the battery and confirmed the charging and electrical systems were working properly. All this was covered under our Cadillac warranty and was serviced at no charge. Thank you, Arrowhead!

Friendly people, excellent service and a very attractive waiting area. Arrowhead is a first-class dealership. Only deterrent to a five-star rating is cost of maintenance / repairs.
