Not a friendly place any longer. Took much longer than normal. No, snacks or drinks available, (was told employees finish everything food and drink wise). No courteous car wash and the car had hand prints and equipment prints on the vehicle. May not return here for service.

No good; no loaner car available for 5 days while the vehicle's being repaired. A real hardship.

I spent about 5 hours waiting for them to finish. Their reason was they were waiting for the oil filter and key batteries from mercedes benz. I thought that was the whole idea of making an appointment so they have everything ready before you bring in your car. After all that the loe key battery is still coming up meaning they didnt even test after putting them on. I phoned them and they told me to contact mercedes so they should have just told me that the day I took it for service

Car has been in 3 times for the same thing. Lower bumper came off. We requested a free oil change and tire rotation for all the hassle. The guy said he had to ask his boss and would get back to us. He never did. Wrote a scathing review about situation. They called my wife and she again asked for a free oil change and tire rotation. Was told again he had to ask his boss. Once again, never heard back. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend them. Would give 0 stars if I could.
