Was told my wait would be approx 1and 1/2 hours I said I would wait. Noone ever came to the customer lounge to let me know there was a problem so after 2 1/2 hours I approached my adviser and he seemed surprised that there was indeed a problem. Other customers in the lounge had there advisors come out and let them know how things were progressing. I heard nothing from mine!

AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. THE CAR USED 2 QUARTS OF OIL THE FIRST 6500 MILES AND THEY TRY TO TELL ME THAT'S NORMAL. THAT IS NOT NORMAL AND IF GM THINKS THAT IT IS I JUST BOUGHT MY LAST CADILLAC

Second gas pump replacement in just over two years. Part was covered, but labor was not. Also forgot to reset check engine light.
