Arrowhead Cadillac provided us with outstanding service. Special thanks to Todd Coffer, Michael Martin, and Michael Tenant for taking such good care of us. They made sure we got to a hotel, helped us with a rental car, and got our transmission ordered and replaced. Todd kept us fully informed and did an excellent job of getting our car fixed in a short time frame. We are very thankful to Todd, Michael, and Michael for their help during a very difficult situation. Great people, great service!

Arrowhead has always been fantastic. This time the service department felt a little short of perfection. Actually, the detail department. The car wash not the quality it was in previous times. Bugs were left on the grill and front part of the vehicle. When you have always received perfection, then it becomes expected. Nuff said.
