Service Todd the Service Writer always takes great care of us, I came in with no appointment, problem was fixed in the time stated. I have always had great service from Cadillac this is one of the reasons I will continue to own them.

Mary Yaskowitz Excellent representation of the Cadillac name by each person that we came in contact with. The sales manager was present face to face and was the person who made the deal. There was no going back and forth from a sales person to the sales manager. He was a "voice" for Cadillac as well as for us. We have never purchased or leased a car before that was done with such ease and satisfaction. All of that said, we love the SRX.
