Experiencing the new Arrowhead Cadillac Facility.. My first experience...which started with a purchase at the Lund Cadillac facility...wasn't very thrilling, but after dealing with a very good Customer Service Department at the new Arrowhead Cadillac Facility I would have to say that the Customer Service Manager and his personal were very understanding and it was a pleasure to have worked with them to resolve my problem. Exceptional service When I was looking for a new Cadillac, Arrowhead Cadillac contacted me, asked me what I was looking for and brought the nw car to my house. When I agreed that I wanted it, the gentleman brought the paperwork back to my house the following day. We signed and they left me my car and took my trade in with them. That was a new purchasing experience for me. They serviced the car yesterday. Picked it up and brought it back in several hours at no charge. I feel very spoiled.

Arrowhead Cadillac Arrowhead Cadillac is the only place I trust to fix my H3. It's expensive, but the piece of mind that the repairs are correctly done are worth it. Awesome waiting area, with WiFi, subs from Jimmy Johns, and sundae bar. Ask for Jim Buckner, Service advisor. Treating customers well and keeping them in the loop are Jim's business, and he does an outstanding job!

Best in the valley!! Great experience!!!!!! I was looking for a used CTS, I found one online ant another dealership further away than I wanted to travel and the same year as the one at Lund. The dealership in Peoria was offering there 03 CTS for 4000, less than Lund. I emailed Lund an add of the vehicle, within an hour, I had an email back from an associate at Lund.
