Cheating people with prices. Cheating people with prices. Don't pay a penny over MSRP when you want to sell the car you'll be at 1/3 of the cost. These dealers that are charging over MSRP should get sued and shutdown.
Beware! When we bought our first Cadillac we were lied to by the salesman, who was later fired but Cadillac never made good on his lies. We recently were held responsible for damage done to a loaner car by someone else. New XT4 In a matter of minutes I knew I wanted the xt4. Loved the body style and the drive. I have dealt with Arrowhead Cadillac for many years through sales and excellent service I receive when I bring my vehicle. Major safety issue in Escalade Getting no where with the people in the service department. My 2016 Escalade has a major safety issue in that it automatically breaks in reverse where there is no obstruction in sight, which sends a violent jolt throughout the vehicle. This has been an ongoing issue that at first the department seems eager to resolve, but it has been awhile and I am getting no return calls.
