Mary Yaskowitz Excellent representation of the Cadillac name by each person that we came in contact with. The sales manager was present face to face and was the person who made the deal. There was no going back and forth from a sales person to the sales manager. He was a "voice" for Cadillac as well as for us. We have never purchased or leased a car before that was done with such ease and satisfaction. All of that said, we love the SRX.

owner cts arrowhead cadillac is a front line operation. they know how to treat their customers. unfortunately the dealer in canada where i live part time and where i bought the car has not yet learned what the arrowhead people already know.
looking for a Jeep Rubicon Arrowhead Cadillac was very helpful as well as very nice to speak to. I am looking for a 2004 thru 2006 Jeep Rubicon with a auto they didn't have one but the salesman was easy to talk to very helpful over all it was a very nice experiance, I won't hesitate to trade with them when I trade.
