Where the fluids really checked? Two days after having my vehicle serviced - and I was told all fluids were checked... my ?washer fluid low ? light came on... hmmmm makes me wonder if fluids were really checked????

Did not feel the Cadillac love I purchased my Cadillac from a different location. I was having problems with my GPS system and brought it to this location for repair. I had purchased a warranty and this dealership made -arrangements to have the GPS system REPLACED. Just say "NO" to Arrowhead Cadillac and Cadillac! I purchased my second vehicle from Arrowhead recently. The first experience at the dealer a few years ago was great. Wonderful Cadillac and wonderful sales and service experience. Second purchase, not so much. I'll NEVER purchase another vehicle from Arrowhead Cadillac (I'll never purchase a Cadillac again) or purchase a vehicle at any other Berkshire Hathaway owned dealership and I am certain after my family, friends and professional business associates hear my sto... read more

Arrowhead Cadillac Horrible experience , The people running this dealership have "no integrity" by far some of the most arrogant people I ever dealt with in my life and with social media today I don't think arrowhead Cadillac has a bright future, I will personally never do business with arrowhead Cadillac again. Online Survey Not applicable I inquired on a vehicle, it had sold then was sent a survey that related ONLY to the dealership. I responded that I never visited the facility and they should not assume online communicators do so. They NEVER responded.

Get everything in writing! A year after I purchase my car, what I was told when making the purchase regarding dealer addon warrantied item has changed. No response back from the GM explaining the change. very poor customer service from the front office. Service department has been stellar. I can not recommend Arrowhead cadillac and longer.

Lund very expensive, Arrowhead appears reasonable I have purchased new cars exclusively through the internet for the last twelve years. Don't want to hurt feelings but Lund was way out of line in pricing. Arrowhead is right there among their competition. Good for you Arrowhead.

Go somewhere else! Bought my car on 7/5 after finding it online and everything seemed to be going fine. After 30 days I never recieved my financing papers so I contacted Lund on 8/5 and told them my concern. They replied a day later stating my loan paperwork had been misplaced by the bank and that he had records from FED EX showing it had been recieved by the bank weeks earlier but they lost it (not true). He then said that he confrimed with the bank the loan would fund the next day (8/6) and I would recieve my paperwork fro... read more

Waste of time After going 30miles the day we picked up our car from service and spending $3,000 to fix it the check engine light came on. So we took it right back. It had the same errors as before. The response I got was well we cant fix it we cant get the right parts. Didn't get a refund or anything.
