Arrowhead Cadillac Arrowhead Cadillac is the only place I trust to fix my H3. It's expensive, but the piece of mind that the repairs are correctly done are worth it. Awesome waiting area, with WiFi, subs from Jimmy Johns, and sundae bar. Ask for Jim Buckner, Service advisor. Treating customers well and keeping them in the loop are Jim's business, and he does an outstanding job!

Best in the valley!! Great experience!!!!!! I was looking for a used CTS, I found one online ant another dealership further away than I wanted to travel and the same year as the one at Lund. The dealership in Peoria was offering there 03 CTS for 4000, less than Lund. I emailed Lund an add of the vehicle, within an hour, I had an email back from an associate at Lund. Misunderstanding After receiving a phone call from the general manager of Lund, I understand that there was a misunderstanding between the internet salesperson and myself. I appreciated the manager taking the time to contact me. We spent a few minutes on the phone discussing the SL and hopefully a purchase will eventually take place. Looking forward to doing business with you. This review is in response to my previous negative dealer review.

H3 Service Today I had routine service on the vehicle and had forgotten about a warranty replacement for a door lock that was squeaking. The service rep not only held onto the part for about two months but also replaced it. The dealership consistently sends out free oil changes, inspections and incentives for work performed there. The warranty is great and so is the service I receive. I have to deal with only one service rep who remembers me when I call. Very cool experience indeed. Highly recommended.
On the road again... our 2002 SAAB convertable needed help. they were great!!!
