Beware! When we bought our first Cadillac we were lied to by the salesman, who was later fired but Cadillac never made good on his lies. We recently were held responsible for damage done to a loaner car by someone else. New XT4 In a matter of minutes I knew I wanted the xt4. Loved the body style and the drive. I have dealt with Arrowhead Cadillac for many years through sales and excellent service I receive when I bring my vehicle. MR LOUIS R PIETRO I RECENTLY BROUGHT MY CADILLAC INTO ARROWHEAD FOR SOME SERVICE, WHICH I WAS FULLY SATISFIED. HOWEVER, 5 DAYS LATER(SAT AND SUNDAY INCLUDED) I RECEIVED A DISCOUNT MAILING IN MAIL DISCOUNTING SERVICE I HAD DONE. COULD HVE SAVED BIG BUCKS. I HAVE PURCHASED 5/6 CADILLACS FROM LUND/ARROWHEAD(MIKE MARTIN WAS SALESPERSON FORALL 5/6 CARS). ALL SERVICE WAS DONE BY LUND/ARROWHEAD. I THINK DEALERSHIP SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A HEADS UP. Major safety issue in Escalade Getting no where with the people in the service department. My 2016 Escalade has a major safety issue in that it automatically breaks in reverse where there is no obstruction in sight, which sends a violent jolt throughout the vehicle. This has been an ongoing issue that at first the department seems eager to resolve, but it has been awhile and I am getting no return calls.
Dealer Repair I was somewhat disappointed in the dealership when it came to timely repair of my vehicle and keeping me informed about what was going on. I know some of it had to do with the insurance company but the dealership could have done a better job. Secondly my car was also due for a service that was performed at the same time it was there, but I received two calls from individuals at the dealership asking to make appointments to service the car when they had the car. Surprise XT4 owner We were overwhelmed with our options for SMller crossover for our retirement years, Arrowhead provided a perfect comparison of the two we had narrowed it dow to and worked with us to drive and compare those options. Once we decided they found the vehicle we wanted in another state and delivered it in a timely manner. No longer own a Caddy 2008 DTS was serviced and we were very pleased with work done by Arrowhead Cadillac, Peoria, AZ. But throughout the past 10 years we have seen Cadillac models get smaller and lighter.And frankly, the workmanship has seemed to have gotten less luxurious. So, after the car had been serviced, we traded it for a Genesis G80.
Unprofessional Salesman My wife and I having been looking for a car for some time. We're have researched online and found a match at Arrowhead. The experience was so disappointing. The salesman was rude and condescending. We offered an amount that was very close to the market value. It didn't bother me that the dealership wanted more for the car. It did bother me that the man was rude instead of gracious. Not really sure how a sales professional like that stays in the business.
