BAD CAR I purchased a 2007 CTS less then 30 days ago. The first 2 weeks I had the vehicle it broke down on the highway. I took it to LUND to have it looked at, service told me that the computer system and the alternator was bad. The dealership covered the cost as they should have. A week later I was driving down the highway and the car starts to shake. I took it back to the dealership and service then told me that the rooters were bad. Unreasonable Used car Prices Do your homework and you will see that this dealer's used car prices are always $4000-$6000 higher than retail book, which already places you at a disadvantage. If you show up prepared on market values and attempt to reference those values, they will tell you they have their own "book" to try and drag you into their numbers. After 2 weeks a deal was struck and I still had to wait 2 hours after the paperwork was completed to get possesssion of the car.

Laughable Prices They want insane prices for cars. Almost borderline new prices for 3 year old cars. Don't waste your time. They think they have gold sitting on the lot.

Price change After doing a lot of research on a 2011 SL550 since there was a carfax accident report filed, the internet manager and I agreed on a sale price. Ten minutes later he calls me to tell me the price had changed and increased $10000. Very nice dealersip. NEVER do business with, never know what price you are going to pay. Terrible communication with internet manager and general manager.

Great place to go if you want to waste ytime while Liars. I guess one can expect salesman to say anything to get you in to the store. Told me they would beat any dealer and would do anything to make a deal on 12/31. I sowed up at 5 and everyone had left practically. Showed me the car I put a deposit to hold, found it had a huge scratch on a new car. Just Terrible The internet sales people at Lund Cadillac couldn't even answer the most simple of questions regarding a Cadillac CTS they were showing as available on their website. They wanted ALL of my personal information so that someone could contact me. In the interim my son was on the phone with another sales person who informed him that the car was sold some time ago. Now they are calling him all hours of the day to try and sell him other cars. This is seriously the worst dealership in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I visited Lund Cadillac Website searching for a used Corvette. One vehicle seemed to meet my requirements. A chat window appeared and a person asked if I needed help. I replied that I would like to know the price and the type of transmission the car had. They said no problem, they would forward my information and someone would contact me. internet presentation The internet presentation is not current or correct. It gives you false hope at finding your car and then very high unpublished prices without correct descriptions of vehicles. Very slow responces and after giving the car requests to the internet mgr. the responding sales men had very little of the info.

Very sad Very sad! I have never had to write a bad review about any business in Phoenix, but this struck me as grievous. I do not mind paying a shop the most for repairing my vehicle, but with that cost I expect them to stand by their work. If the same part fails less than two years later, I do not expect to be the one to have to point it out by carefully picking through the paper work. I expect the service advisor to do so.
